Thank bro for you help to develope Asanteman. But my humble concern is the trees. Over here, they people do not live in beautiful houses, but theirs is much focus on the trees. The trees change the environment a lot.
Kwaku, my house got burnt some 3 yrs ago. Rebuilding it, ive decided to use clay tiles again, having used same when i 1st finished it nearly 25 years ago. My reason for the choice includes the properties of Fire Resistance, Heat Transfer/Cooling Effect, Noise Cancellation, and Longevity over the Alluzinc roofing. The cost involved is not overburdensome, all considered, given the above outlined advantages. I don't regret it. U make a gud point on its usage as a standard, but remember, people's businesses/investments/livelihoods on the Alluzinc factories will be affected.
The monopolisation of the roofing companies in Ghana is shocking. It was going to cost me $6000 for just the self lock long span roofing sheet in Ghana. Guess what! Its costing me $2500 for the stone coated roofing tiles which I imported.
@ yeah man, I can send you videos of production and the actual consignment. All you need is to give them your roofing plan and measurement and the preferred colour. In fact, I got their details from a developer who showcases his work on TH-cam in Ghana. I’m willing to help anyone who is interested. That’s the power and beauty of what you guys are doing.
Every Borough or council in the UK have it's own building regulations approved by the Crown. Almost all the building in Chelsea looks the same, you can't just build anything over there, all the roof are the same in the UK, however there are variations in the colours. For example. The buildings in Milton Keynes are the same which is different from that of London. So yes it can be possible.
Thanks brother, asanteman bɛkae wo
