Messerschmitt Bf109 E3 - Full Build - Airfix 1/48

It has been some time since my last airplane model kit. Time to change that with the Bf109 from Airfix in 1/48 scale.

Really nice job. You've done a great job. I tend to use a slightly blunted tooth pick to remove making to avoid scratching clear parts. Eduard weekend edition models are a good way into their profi packs

Thanks for the tip. I do actually have a Weekend Edition BF109, but I found the instructions for the engine a bit confusing, which is why i opted to start with this kit.

Its probably more of a situational technique. I would assume it works better on single colored planes like modern jets then on actual camo patterns like here.

Weren't the Luftwaffe interiors gray?? Not green.

I saw pictures of both green and gray interiors. According to the Eduard instructions the interior color was RLM 02 which is a gray tone that apparently can look more green depending on the variant.
