That one you removed was actually aftermarket and still available. It has a white teflon or nylon ring instead of rubber. It also has brass posts and that brass connector that helps with horn reliability. Some guys were wondering if the nylon really holds up…apparently not!
Looks like you still might need to install a new steering coupler boot over the assembly to protect it from debris.The original rubber boot appears to have dry rotted off.
Honestly, not sure off the top of my head. I got it from O'Reilly's. Just told them what truck I had and took what they gave me. I've had really good luck with parts and great customer service from my local store.
Man don't scare me like that! I hope nothing is bent in there. It honestly doesn't click as much now that we changed the PCV and ran it through a couple heat cycles flushing the cooling system. Crossing my fingers it is ok.

PB blaster penetrant works better than WD.

Your valve lifters are not adjustable if anything would be a wrong you might have a bent poster rod

Hopefully it is okay it could just have a lifter that is not pumped up with all your good yet
