I recommend the purple dragon. On the outside they look just like the cosmic purple carrots we also grow, but they're sweeter, have better germination, & grow faster for us than cosmic purple. Uh oh, we have scarlet Nantes seeds, but I wanted to try the long imperator #58 for the 1st time instead. I definitely need to thin them out. Last year we had some pest damage on our lunar white carrots, from what I researched back then it is the larvae of the carrot rust fly.
