I am Jealous....but I've noticed lately its the same thing on all 3 Michelin star menu ....A5 wagyu, lobster or crab, foie gras , everyone is using g the same ingredients
Yea it’s true, probably because those are some of the best ingredients that worth the price. Luckily most of the restaurants are using different techniques and try to present them in their own way. : )

Great video. We love Caprice too and went there a while ago. Pretty expensive, but worth it.
