@@Mark-fm8co while we don’t have an exact scale for how much stronger he gets, I think it’s important to note that he gets pretty easily beaten by vasto lorde ichigo, meanwhile starrk is almost matching shunsui, the strongest captain, in addition, uryu states that the conditions of hueco mundo makes arrancars stronger, so that means ulqiora got beat by ichigo when ulqiora was at his absolute peak of strength, while all of starrk’s feats were performed in the world of the living
@@ancloud8459 shunsui is def not the strongest captain he has nothing on yama and shunsui was toying with starkk if were being honest and also if hueco mundo boosts hollows powers it means vasto ichigo was also boosted seeing as he was basically full hollow also that argument is irrelevant bcos they switch karakura with a section of the soul society so that doesnt matter

Tbh, it was a cool concept, but that fight ended in such a anti-climatic way.
One thing to note they aren't ranked entirely based on strength, there is a another aspect and you are going to be blown away with plot twists
Aren't they? I heard that bigger reatsu business and I say it is someones headcanon. The only peace of information that "may" possibly suggest that is , what was Yammy talking about when resurrecting. Which was bit vague and coming from not most smart or informed person. Other that, there noone even suggesting such thing.

@@motdurzazbratislavy6802It's based on reiryoku, not reiatsu, and that explanation is from a data book. Dunno where you consider data books as canon or not, but it's not headcanon.
@@almightygod2144 dude, people don't even know the difference between reiatsu(spiritual presure) and reiryoku(spiritual power), everything is reiatsu when you talk to people that are more casual, so there is really no reason to make a distinction and correction.

Kubo didn't know what he was saying and it was clear. When were introduced to the aspects of death, were told that it's basically who they r. So aspects of death can't change but numbers can. It doesn't make sense. Another thing is why aizen wouldnt deploy the 10 strongest arrancar, but only the strongest from each group. It's clear kubo didn't know what he was saying because he never thought about nels aspect of death before.
Top-quality video. I'm most entertained by the fact that you seemed to take exactly the impression Tite Kubo wanted from their design, but couldn't land on whether you thought he was going to play those expections straight, or turn them around on you. I can certainly say you'll be quite entertained when their numbers get revealed.

Honestly, you did pretty well the descriptions of each one were very accurate and the rank placement for most of them is only off by 1-2 ranks.
I'ma just gonna say that you were bang on with some and waaaay off with others, but your thought process makes sense and I cant wait for the reveals later down the line. Whats really impressive is how you were able to accurate describe several of them with nothing but their initial introduction, based only on their designs.
Won't say anything about your ranking but your descriptions for many of these are so spot on its crazy! Goes to show how talented Kubo is with his character designs and how perceptive you are to read the details in their designs.

I think it’s awesome ur making these first impressions videos because it mimics some of the things I was thinking at the time. Ive been watching Bleach since like 2008 so nothing surprises me anymore but I’m still entertained 😊

that was a really nice tierlist, characterization wise, it was pretty much spot on, power rankings had some errors but it is understandable, Kubo kept a lot of secrets about the espadas until their big time came in on the next arc, maybe when all their fights are over you could do a list of who did you like more
DANG! Bro your guesses were actually pretty dang great! I mean you're wrong with most of them, but the fact you were still close with most of them is wild. Not only that, but your description for just about all of them were actually nearly spot on! Either Kubo did an amazing job at character introductions, you're very perspective at character introductions, or both!

To not spoil anything really I will say you nailed it with at least one of your picks. At the same time I think you are going to be very pleasantly surprised when some of the others are revealed. Not gonna talk about how accurate you were, but this video really shows just how good at character design Kubo is. Just by looking at the characters sitting around a table, you can extrapolate all sorts of things about their personality and rank.
Please make one or more follow-up videos as you gradually learn their actual numbers. It would be fascinating watching someone learn in real time all of the reveals Kubo makes and why, and the (possible) changes to your ranking as each chapter is read.

As a long time bleach fan of the last 16-17 years this video in particular reminds me what I thought when I first saw this part. Sometimes it is hard to remember what I thought the 1st time not the 2nd 3rd 4th time.
I really like this list a lot of these were very logical and generally where I expected you to place them at except for one. And it was the one I was most sure you would place correctly. Probably not the one people would think it is. Very excited to see your reaction to all of them being revealed.
On a slightly different note I think Kubo has a good balance following through on expectations and subverting them. Only 1 or 2 in the entire series that I think are kinda dumb.

I will say you were close but your descriptions of each of them were pretty accurate, their ranks are based on their Reiryoku though (amount of spirit energy) rather than just power alone so technically the 6th and 5th could be interchangeable, it's like the Akatsuki where most members are pretty close in the middle but the top 3 or 4 are way stronger. (Itachi, Pain, Obito, and Kisame or Deidara are good examples)
