BURGAS is a large volume (28' Beam / 398GT) 136’ Tri-Deck M/Y. In 2018/2019 BURGAS completed an extensive refit, totaling nearly $3 million, which included overhauling the generators, a W-6 service on the main engines, full paint job from the bottom of the keel to the top of the mast, updated electronics, A/V system, and interior soft goods renewal.
BURGAS completed her 20 year ABS Classification survey in 2019.

My grandson said it’s the one why buy a house . At age 13 the world is your oyster indeed ! It’s the best yacht in this price range , I liked the crew interviews very helpful . The engineer takes great pride

Great value. Never forget you’re still crewing, detailing, and maintaining a 21 year old 136 foot vessel. It’s gonna be pricy! Gorgeous!
True but get a very good survey.
How is a boat this large and seemingly in great condition this price? An immense amount of space, and probably the first dining room I loved on a boat. It reminds me of a private dining room in a high end restaurant. The only things I would fix would be the outdoor furniture on the bridge deck aft and an inflatable beach club. Really a special boat for the price

Gorgeous boat but that furniture would need to go and some of the AV equipment too, but I don't imagine this stays on the market long. This seems like a charter machine.
I kinda liked the weird sofas. I would have to look at the AV stuff in detail.

It’s never the initial cost it’s the annual upkeep is 10 to 15 percent of the cost of the yacht in this case 500 k to 750 k unless you need major overhaul. She seems well founded he did not talk about WT doors and bulkheads not sexy but oh so critical
Crew is say 10 that’s another 750 k for good ones maybe less . This captain needs to get fit start eating keto . A good owner spares no expense on crew health and well being . Happy crew happy voyage

Great boat. The only odd design is having the tender storage right outside the main salon.
Yes but you can offload that stuff once you reach your destination. Remember this us a pretty old boat so things were a little different then.

The furniture is hideous. It is about the only thing I dont like on this yacht. All I can think of is "Sta-Puff" the marshmallow man. Also, impossible to keep clean, or even get clean. Sorry, but those couches would go immediately! It looks like a deranged old lady designed the interior.
New couches are an easy change!
@@DenisonYachting no i mean ALL the furniture. So many beautiful yachts with such poor interior design. There is an old saying in my family: "Its Okay to Spend Money. Its not Okay to Waste It." However since it wont be for another 2-3 years Im sure when the time is right we will find something that meets our expectations without having to complete revamp a yacht. I once saw a yacht named the Mohammedia when I lived in Bermuda. The most beautiful layout with the ugliest color of all "poo" brown. And as we both know repainting a yacht is no easy or inexpensive feat so when the time is right. Thanks for your reply.
