- In today's vid I install the side skirts to me G20 and go for a gloss black wrap finish on the mirors.

How much did the mirror wrap cost you? I'm looking for wrapping rooftop and mirrors.. they are quoting me 800$ in here in U.S
Lol $800 for mirror case wrap.....buddy you might aswell get some carbon ones less than that. These cost me like $60 at a push!
did you drill in the side skirts
Yes it's the only way to ensure they stay stuck on
Sal, were these hard to fit? I got a pair of skirts but they need to be pushed on hard from the rear first (rear wheel arch) the material is quiet flexible on the skirts. It came with with a pack of taping screws but I don't think it'll hold it strong/flush they look exactly like the ones you have on your G20. BTW I got the m340i. Thank you bro

Nope but it's in the pipeline. It's just been kept clean weekly

Looking very nice! I have the same kit from the ebay seller you linked.
I've still to fit the front and side skirts. Going to buy the genuine carbon front blades to go with it.
I am also waiting on carbon mirror covers and a carbon exhaust tips.
How do you find the fitting of the side skirts where it meets the sills. I noticed you only put tape on the underside.
It is a flush fitting. I've used self taping screws also. The 3M tape itself will not be enough.

Those are decals. What I have done here is put on the kit so others can see what the entire kit including the side decal looks like. I personally like it. Each to their own I guess.

Theres not much more really I can add to it now. It's been great. If you do too much to it it can end up looking pretty cheesy 😂

To save it from swirl marks.....ceramic coat the paintwork. You could do the same to the wheels for ease of cleaning.....to be honest....just enjoy the car otherwise you'll never drive it.
looking good Kab...i know it has blue calipers but green would make it 'pop'!

Looking sharp! Just ordered a 330d with M Performance package, in Portimao Blue. But it doesnt come with sideskirts, so i have to put those on myself. Did you screw them on aswell, or only tape?
If you did mount them with screws, is there something to put the screws in, or did you screw them directly into the panel?

Definitely have to mount the into the the body panel underneath. 4 Self tapers should do it

That's great to hear. No they wont rust because you will be drilling into plastic only

Did you get m performance decals stickers already on the car or did u buy it separate and if so where from please
Dealer fit prior to collection. They're cheap enough from dealers. I think £200 fitted
@@DownShiftThrottle when you put your side skirts on, did you just only use the sticky tape or did you also screw it on on each end
Self tapers also....they won't hold up otherwise

Thank you.....the mirrors was an afterthought......I thought it would contrast the rest if the "black pack". I'm so happy with it. I'll be doing a full detail vid next week on each of the upgrades.

DownShift Throttle You’ve guessed correctly 😉 I’m really curious what it will look like and how it drives. I’ve had diesels for the last 20 years. The last 6 years a 320d and 420d and from the 15th onwards a 330e. So yeah, a little over 2 weeks to go 😁
