hello, sir say there's a case study, and the question states Under Justin king, Sainsbury changed its strategy. Do you think that to be successful the strategy of a business needs to be determined mainly by what is happening in its external environment? Would I have to refer back to the case study or can I state two arguments using other real life examples?
The mark scheme for the question you refer states that answers must: 'be applied to the context of strategy in relation to the external environment' - this implies that it is Ok to apply using examples other than Sainsbury as long as it is in the context of how the external environment impacts on strategy. However, I would absolutely advise that you apply it to Sainsbury's as well, as you have that great big case study full of information AND NUMERIC DATA that can help you to craft some really convincing arguments. Any other examples you bring in are less likely to make use of numeric data. DEFINITELY USE THE CASE STUDY, even if you also being in other examples.
maybe one day you could do a video about answering some past year questions.

TakingTheBiz Thank you for this I really appreciate the reply.
Hi I was just wondering whether you had access to the eAQA secure specimen papers? And whether you would be able to share them if possible. Thank you
Your school or college exams officer will be able to download them for you. They should be registered with e-aqa.
