Always a great "Day", when you can go enjoy a bunch of "Tri- Five" Chevy's !! Especially when produced & recorded this well. Great Job, please keep'm rolling for us that don't make it out there any more !!!
It is a cool kit Henry. A funny story..... I saw that car come into the show but didn't see where he parked. So thru out the day I walked all over the grounds of the car show looking for it. Was going to interview the owner and put together a separate video on just that car. Man, I never did find the car and was really bumbed!! Low and behold, there it is leaving the show at the end of the day............. I thought what the heck, where were you parked???!!!! But yea, I love that model too. In fact I'm working on one similar to it now. I show it in the Trike unboxing video I just posted over the weekend.
As always I love your thumbnail It reminds me of One of the first model Kits I ever built was the bad man Like to Find and Unbuilt in the original box kit of that car again
The Red, White and Blue Revell '55 that is out now is based of the Badman Kit. It has everything but the decals and red tinted windows. I built one a couple months ago as it was the closest thing I could get to the Badman, the vid is posted somewhere on my channel.
Being a judge in that show would put me in the Koo Koo ward 🤪 after giving practically every Tri Five 1st Place. A winner 🏆 everywhere you look no matter what category. I really loved the 57 at 0:45 and again at 27:34 it really 💥 for me. Beautiful blue paint job. Frankenstein really stood out to me. Being a Tom Daniel's fan The Badman ll was awesome to see, would have loved to see it run down the strip. You do a great service to everyone of us who can't get to these shows. 👍
I agree Kenny those are cool cars!! I saw the Badman car come in but never found it in the show. I walked everywhere looking for it. Then I see it leaving, and thought GEEZZZZZZZ, where in the heck did you park for the day!!!! 👍🙂🤔😏
@@THROTTLEPOWER I could have sworn I saw it sitting when you were walking so I looked again but no, at 18:51 you caught the rear end as it drove by. That's what I saw which I guess is what you meant by it leaving. 32:56 I don't think those rims would look good on anything. But for Frankenstein they're perfect! They have just the right look for that beast.
@@kennyspaulding796 I wanted to "detail" film the Badman car and ask the guy what the history was on the car and/or why he went with that color/name combo. Thought that would be really cool to go with building that model in the future if it's released again.
@@THROTTLEPOWER that would be interesting to talk to the guy who came up with that car. Somewhere around I think 🤔 '99/2000 it was reissued and I got it. I didn't open it but I think It has clear window piece instead of the tinted. I think pictures on the outside of the box led me to believe that. They did the same to The S'cool Bus reissued about the same time, clear plastic strip instead of the screaming kids windows it used to have. If Round 2 gets a hold of it they would make it right.
What beautiful machines!! It's really too bad that Chevrolet didn't have the El Camino concept back then, those would have been fabulous. Great video Tim.
@@pauldutram455 I don't know Paul. I would try to contact Danchuk American Tri Five, they are the main sponsor/people who put on the show. I'm sure they could lead you in the right direction. Hope that helps and hope you are feeling better now. Please keep me posted on what you find out.
They do Robert, there is a Camp Ground there on the property. Have had some others ask the same question so I think I'm going to start mentioning (while showing) the camp ground when I cover events there.

Aaaaaa very cool!!!! 👍 🙂
It’s nostalgic to see so many tri-5s in one place.
Really don’t like to see the 57 210s with Belair side trim though. Ruins the look.
Yea, it's defiantly a different look.
Great job Tim!! I really like your style. This is my personal account. Its Rick with wakesandwheels.
Awesome! Thank you Rick!
