Hi Neeraja, congratulations on ur lil baby boy. In order to have breast milk I had lot of garlic and green veggies in my diet, also nuts, fruits especially bananas and milk too. I understand its so hard if u dont have enuf milk. I dint give any formula milk for my son but I do know that all the formula milk available are good and is the same. Once my son turned 14 months I started feeding him Lewis Creamy milk ( grey cap ). Its advised to feed this milk only after 12 -18 months of age. Hope that helps.
Also I would suggest you not to stress and worry because it makes a big impact on ur body as well, I always believe "Babies need a Happy mother than a Perfect mother " 😊🙏
