Lovely Review and yes this doll in her pink celebration dress is def my favourite of Ariel as human! and I loved seeing her with the other outfits you tried on her!!! Oh my Gosh, Stunning! ❤
Did you know the original pink dress is made from different parts of previous Disney movie princesses dresses. Snow White Aurora and Cinderella's classic dresses had been picked apart to make Ariel's. It's a shame they didn't try to recreate it a real one for this movie as it would have been nice. This dress seems ok but doesn't translate well from the movie version but I think like you said it is coming across bulky. We don't have this doll where I live only the original Mattel and Disney mermaid version. Maybe will look different in person
I actually didn’t know that, and thank you so much for sharing this with me! Omg no wonder it’s my fav! I see it now, for example Snow White’s puffy sleeves! 💗 It’s indeed a shame we didn’t get a live action version of it but it doesn’t surprise me given how much people have expressed dislike for it in the past… Still I love it! But I also loved the new ones! And yes it’s a bit bulky at the waist for the doll, but actually very detailed and definitely looks amaze in person! 💗 PS we don’t have it either where I live, I had to order from Amazon! Thank you so much for watching and for the info 🙏💗 much appreciated!
@@MarinaThe90sBarbie yeah it's it's interesting how very differently styled dresses can come together in that way and still look good. I think alot of people liked the glittery one. Yeah I do too. Yeah it's bit awkward when they make so many layers on a doll. But yeah should look nicer in person. Ah will have to look into it. I'm looking forward to the Barbie movie dolls too
