    Beta you can also try pully Sadam,. It's mean immly wale chawal. This is very tasty and yummy.I think you like that one. You can have takali Sadam,mean tamatar wale chawal. We are pure Punjabi but we like some south Indian dishes. God bless and special your lovely son. Thanks

    In odisha We uses Curry Leaf, Ghee, Lemon Juice, Salt as per taste, Moong dal, Ginger.

    Divya ji please don't follow those diets plans which you can't follow lifetime, after a time you will get bored from these diet foods and then when you leave this diet and start eating regular foods then again you will gain weight it's better follow those diets which you can follow lifetime. Losing weight is not everything in life.
    I am mother of 2 small kids and I am doing 1 hour exercise daily and eating my routine food and I don't have to do these diets at all and i have lost 10 kgs in 2 months. Most important I enjoy my food with my family, sorry if you feel bad.

      I agree with the same go for a balance diet which includes complex carbs,first class protein and healthy fat and have little bit of portion control that's it👍😊

    Divya di you should avoid to eat watermelon at night it's too heavy to digest at night..nd it's not good to eat it at night you may suffer stomachache

    Avoid fruits with meal. It gives indigestion. So have fruit around 20-30 min before ur meal.

    It's been 4 days that I am not able to have my dinner on time because of which my entire schedule is gone for a toss. not able to maintain calorie intake. But should I restart from tomorrow. Will it help? I am terribly confused and demotivated😭
