I recently went to the Silvretta Hochalpenstraße and discovered your content, so helpful.
From my location (Stuttgart) its not that far and I really stored the Locations/passes in my google maps -go-tos!
Were these all part of a big trip or did you visit the alps a couple of times?
The italian little cars (Fiat X1/9) in front of you are from my area (Reutlingen)
@@eviltriangle thanks for your kind comment. I’m glad you found the videos helpful. It was a big 10 day trip. I love quite far away in UK meaning it takes me about 24h to get to the passes at Switzerland. The fiats were cool. I bet the drivers had time of their life pushing them up that pass on the skinny tyres. Regards 👋
Amazing views. I've ridden some of this on a motorcycle, if you ever get that chance to do it all again on a bike its so much better than in a car.
Another superbly filmed and edited film. I noticed that you took things rather 'steady' in Switzerland - I'm told that the Swiss can come down on you quite hard for 'speeding'... ;)
Thanks. Unfortunately Switzerland is a bit strict when it comes to speeding. They can fine you even for doing 1km ph over the limit and the fines starts from about €500. But tbh even at legal speeds these roads are just a pleasure to drive. Probably sort to stick to a local biker on the bendy roads as they know what speeds you can do and where.

It was on road 29 towards St Moritz. I think the mountain with the glacier is called Piz Cambrena

Hi Peter. Thank you for your kind words. It’s a passion life project so definitely more to come! Gloves, I know, controversial. I only use them when it’s really warm to keep the alcantara steering clean.

Not far. The last episode will be available this weekend. After that I will work on the video with maps, costs etc, so realistically few weeks.

@@marveysingh9592 I would love to but I don’t think I will be able to afford one this year as I’m doing Nurburgring at the end of May. I do want to go back to Alps and do a bit of Austria as well but that will have to wait probably to 2024.

Regardless if you’re on a bike or in the car, you will enjoy it.
Just a random question, That red vignette, can you just buy it when literally in Switzerland? as in is it idiotproof that everyone will get it and not fall foul of the law? 😅
You can order it online before you set off or buy it on every petrol station near the border.
