- Shake down run with new Nitto Trial Grappler 37x2.75x17. Need a little more trimming in the rear and lost the driver side rear fender molding smh. Other than that the rig did well

Really nice 4runner! I just purchased one this year and started off-roading. Its an addictive hobby, not to mention crazy expensive.
Awesome trail I go up 3N06A too alot with my Stock 1st gen tree.
Nice video, I was there yesterday, the trail has some huge ruts now right before you hit the top.. overall is nice trail.
Nice place.. Looks an easy trail ....
Nice! I need to hit up Lylte soon
You should!
Planning on going there next week
It's a fun little trail. You can also camp up top at the yellow post for free
looking good man! appears you did extensive front fender trimming as well. is washer reservoir relocated? do you just need longer bumps in the rear? i see the rear fender trimming, and it amazes me those guys running 40's, 37's look like the max with major cutting!
Hey John yea I have the Marlin Crawler RCLT-HD Long travel kit and it moves the front wheel up 2". I have the OPT offroad washer relocation kit waiting to be installed but looks like the 37s cleared it with no issues. I am also running adjustable hydro bumpstops front and rear
When I was on 37's I ended up trimming the body behind the rear doors....basically left about 1/4 inch there so the wheel just cleared.....I couldn't ever keep that trim on so just deleted it.. coming up with ideas now to make it look good without the trim.
Hey! I see us in a few frames! (jeep & 4R)
You got a nice rig.
Did you end up finding your fender?
That's funny and I remember you guys. Nope didn't find it and thank you
Do u also have the taco box gear reduction ? I have a tundra dirt king long travel upfront and beaver springs rear with adjustable fox 2.5. I use her mostly for towing an offroad trailer so i can't go to soft.
No taco box.
Cool, on the rock spots were you in 4lo? I am new to overlanding
I was only on 4H on the rock part. I go on 4L on boulders not on this trail. Watch my Gold Mountain video I was mainly on 4L there
@@OffroadLifestyle5thgen Thanks I feel stupid asking these questions. Tks for the answer
Niteranger...everyone learns. And learnings expensive, so ask many questions!
looks like you might want to get softer springs in the front, or some stiffer ones in the rear
If your referring to my limited up travel in the front its actually because my hydro bump stops are limiting my up travel at the moment.
Was this after hurricane Hillary?
A week before Killary 😅
Finally open?
Yep a month ago
