4:11 on the topic of dpi toggling, I actually use a button on my mouse as a DPI clutch to temporarily lower my DPI to make more precise aiming/tracking easier on certain characters since I generally use a higher DPI for quicker turns to react to things. It is a setup that I found that works well in a game like Overwatch where I don't have to sacrifice turn speed for accuracy all of the time, or struggle to aim with a sensitivity too high. I get to pick and choose when I need precise aiming and when I need quick flicks :)
I have a Dpi clutch that I can take off magnetically... the majority of the time in game I just have it bound to melee... Just depends whether you're a wrist or arm aimer to what would be better for you...
@chewy101696 I've tried that, but swapping between heroes with different sensitivities really messes with my muscle memory, and makes my aiming worse. I much prefer my current setup :)
I have the option for 4 different dpi settings but I just have 2 and they're at 800dpi and 12,000dpi and the second one is only for comedy purposes. People will see me in spawn before a match starts, whipping around at 38,000 miles per hour and be like "Oh my god, are you okay!?"
Ex Cod player here, we reload constantly. Our campaign told us that swapping to our secondary is faster than reloading and the entire community took that personally. Also "ex" cuz I played back in 2009 but I had to quit playing in 2019. They put skill based matchmaking so thick that it actively rigs your games to keep you as close to a 1 k/d as possible, and then put that system in non ranked lobbies. So even when you're not playing ranked, you're playing ranked.

I want a more casual experience. Ranked is not casual. It's like in fighting games, you want that variation of skill level. If you never fight anyone better than you, how will you learn your own weaknesses? If you never fight anyone worse than you, how will you know you're progressing? Because rank is not everything, I'll tell you that, lol. Rank doesn't reflect actual skill.
SBMM isn’t the problem in CoD, CoD is the problem. Its core gameplay loop is built on a foundation of expecting roughly 2/3 of any given lobby to function as cannon fodder for the remainder. SBMM will never be able to do its job and not remove the cannon fodder.
One of the things that has really stuck me about the last couple months, aside from the prevalence of cheating even in quickplay and arcade, is that while I have filed more reports for flamboyant cheating(spinbotting, hardlock aimbotting) in that span than I have at any point in previous years, I have yet to get a single "action taken" message. Prior to the Microsoft acquisition I would generally get an acknowledgement message a week or two after filing a report, but now when flagrant cheating has become commonplace: nothing - not a week later, not a month later.
I almost feel like this is something to do with microsoft themselves as this is also an issue for another game that they have under there name that being Sea of Thieves.
I end up reporting a few people every time I play, and I get action taken messages virtually every time I sign in. And notably, I play on console, which contradicts a lot of the people gaslighting that there's no way to cheat on console (aside from xim). Cheating has been insane in console games too, where it's extremely common to have widows just whip 180 degrees to perfect headshots or Dvas mysteriously predicting exactly where somebody is hiding on the map and flying directly to them. Many of the cheaters are so cocky that they don't bother to hide it anymore.
at 3:30 you can literally see soldier looking through the walls trying to pick which target to shoot once they peek before realizing "oh shoot this is a solid wall what am i doing making it so blatent"
@@scorchscaleit most def was an editing mistake. When I zoom in on stuff in my videos, I sometimes forget about the zooming back out when I go back to rewatch them to ensure I didn’t miss anything. I see it and I’m like “oh shit. Forgot to do that.”
I'm glad that someone finally told me you can trigger overtime within 3 seconds of the timer. No longer will I desperately hop on and off of cart or serpentine around point like it's survival mode
Honestly the biggest thing Ive learned watching the cheater series on both Flats and Emonggs channel is that I should always watch the replays of Soldiers. Its the nr 1 hero they cheat with.
I have been noticing a lot of people with 'sticky' aim, just something that seems like a strange kind of aim-assist. They will be super inconsistent, then pop off, then be sticky, then go back to inconsistence.
They should change the stat screen. It'd be so cool to watch the accuracy start at %100, and then go down towards the end of the game. Think it'd give people more incentive to get better
In all fairness at the very beginning i often look above that building to on that map not all the time but alot of the time someone is either playing pharah or echo and trys to fly over it
Hey Flats I had a look at our Europe season 10 damage roles, and there's only 401/500 slots visible......That's actually scary to think about so many blatant cheaters there. Especially, considering the amount of unbanned cheaters are probably bigger than the banned ones.

That is a significant sample size of 50 out of 500 that is 10% of the top removed for reasons. And of the later seasons were significantly lower so it wasn't just one account. IE these 9 players just got caught in season 8 so they were removed from 7 6 5 4 3 2 1. 150...
This is why i quit again, I like OW, I think the game is a lot of fun to play. Yet from the perspective of someone that was bouncing between bronze and silver, I can say the cheating and smurfing this season is out of control. I will not be sitting here and saying "I should have been higher rank, its because of thr cheaters and smurfs that I wasn't". No, I simply understand that I do not have the skill when comes to PvP games like OW and so forth, I can play decently well, but in terms of actually pushing to a high rating, I just don't care enough to do so, and again understand that isn't something I am entirely capable of without hours of practice. Yet I can tell when someone is an obvious smurf or cheater, in which the bulk of matches I was in was full of them. In which it was not fun at all to play against, and once again made me quit. Unfortunately there is little to nothing to be done about them too, other than to quit playing the game sadly. Yet with how readily available cheats have become recently, and how easily you can buy and spoof new accounts, it's turned games like OW into essentially Cheats vs Cheats, over Player vs Player.
The amount of Torb ive been playing recently has been absolutely comical. My duo goes Rein and i go Torb and we hide behind the majestic german and say f dem cheaters

4:11 i used to. I use a really low sens and play ana so sometimes i used to up my dpi to 800 from 400. I no longer do this tho. (I use 400 dpi and 3.77 sens)
the beginning makes me feel foolish J: i ALWAYS watch kill cams, even if i know i am out of position. sometimes i feel like it helps me think of different moves to get back into a better position. i also enjoy seeing how the enemies are generally playing.
In my gold like 2 seasons ago I played 100 games of dps and out of those I got atleast 10 games with cheaters it was outrageous (I’m in elo hell I’m cooked)

Easier to not get banned if the automation detection system can't make a judgment call based on hs% in a certain window time period based on their character.
People do not use DPI toggles to adjust their aim mid fight. It's all based on Muscle Memory, and changing even the smallest amount of DPI throws off years of Muscle Memory lol. Anyone who does use DPI toggles, is probably the low rank that they are, because of that reason alone. That sounds like insanity.
Anything over 100 means that 1/5 has gotten their rank unfairly. That is an astounding number, especially at that skill level. Makes you wonder how bad the numbers are on the lower ranks...

He's reloading a lot bc ever since the dumb S9 changes, even if u had perfect tracking (aimbot) shooting ONLY the body without the enemy getting ANY healing, would take half ur magazine anyways
the t500 disappearing does not necessarily mean they cheated. might be some of them yes, but the increasing number in earlier season seems more like they stopped playing and the account gets disabled
The reloading might come from TF2, you reload every bullet individually and can cancel it any time so you should always be reloading. Honestly a really bad habit I have in OW is reloading because of TF2
I need to stop hitting space right when I die so I can actually review the kill cam cause some games I'll look back and I realize I was playing against a cheater

You can change your sens per hero so your effective dpi can be the same without having to change your mouse dpi at all ever.

I have a button at the tip of my thumb that I hold to reduce my DPI a tiny bit when I'm aiming at really extreme distances, I rarely need it though
