You shouldn’t be shy about your artistry. Isay that, but it took me truly a lifetime to be able to use the word ‘artist’ to describe myself. I had a teacher with an ugly heart tell me I would never be an artist. I entered a bunch of photography in a show in 2005 and took Best in Show. That was when I decided to try anything and everything I had ever wanted to do artistically. I still do some photography, make art dolls, do mixed media stuff, embroider and make patterns to make clothes for my antique dolls now. What I learned is that there are many different kinds of artistry from designing a room to cooking to beading and sewing. I still can’t draw or paint, but art is so much more than that. Don’t be shy, Lady Sylvia. Your work is beautiful! Where do you wear all your pieces. I never had anywhere to go to show mine off. lol.

I appreciate and admire all artists and we even purchased a metal artist who made a wonderful sun face for the house in San Diego. Much love and blessings!❤️
@@ladysylvia4018 I, too am lefthanded! I love your color combinations, you give each piece so much thought and time. I love the necklace with the lamp work glass, and the Cameo pendant is stunning. The cuff bracelets are so pretty. It’s such a shame that beader’s can’t buy the Swarovski Crystal beads anymore. I am however, glad to be alive, and I know I will find a way to regain a way to be creative🙏 I wish you all the best. Be careful when moving, take your time and don’t hurt yourself. I would have to display those.
Wow, the blue choker is gorgeous. Both of them are. The tape measures are just darling! The lil beaded toy that we used to make in paper is incredible. How can one person have so much talent? I LOVE your work and you. 💙🦋

I’m painfully shy about certain things, so I relate, but I hope you will take the gold 🏆🥇

That makes me think you would love the book, Message Down Under, by Marlo Morgan. A true story and It is absolutely riveting & deeply spiritual. It encompasses the adage, ‘Leap and the net will appear!’

I see years and years of meticulous work there. Everything is gorgeous! You need to sign all your work. I love the little game boxes too. Remind me of my teenage years playing with paper ones… I think you need to find a high end boutique in California where they would appreciate your work and sell some of your pieces. @@pamelamckinney9249 , Hi! I’m so glad you love your gift! Thank you so much for your friendship!😊❤️❤️
The tape measures snd fortune tellers you made are so cool! I can totally see the black and orange "Halloween" piece being worn by a beautiful witch (or really any time during autumn/spooky season) r a fun piece for spooky season! I love the green gem piece and dark emerald drops necklace at 16:25 and pink/purple gem necklace at 16:58. They look fit for a queen! Ahh, the piece at 18:11 looks like a mysterious piece one would find in an antique shop. The pink Goddess piece is insane!!! Definitely a show stopper along with the dragon and ammonite cuffs. All such magical pieces. They look like something a goddess would wear. You should definitely enter your cuffs (and so many of your pieces) in the fair. They're so beautiful. Going through the craft/art sections at my local state fair is one of my fav parts of the event. Your beadwork would definitely win! I totally get what your saying about being iffy when it comes to selling your beadwork. So much time and effort goes into beading and sewing, the price is never quite right...although...I do think you could set pretty hefty/good prices for your pieces that people would be willing to pay. Your pieces are beautiful, unique, and well made. And, yes, definitely sign your pieces! Geesh, I really need to learn how to make beaded jewelry. My poor beads have been waiting patiently in their cases, untouched for months. I might have to gift myself a class or watch some youtube tutorials. So much fun! Thanks for sharing. :)
@@JJ-nn9de , Hello!! Thanks for your kind words!! It took me 20 plus years of learning to be able to bead the way I do.
