topic for debate... If corruption has reached to such a level that the state government cannot be run as per the constitution in the view of Governor then he may report the president to impose presidential but this is only one view and that's too highly debatable

we will have to do a bit of research...it wud not be straightforward but Governor wud hv taken extreme corruption, horse trading into account
