Cracks happen in Dry heat like the desert or during the heat of the winter months. You ABSOLUTELY MUST NOT leave this guitar out all night in winter. The dry heat from your house will shrink/crack it. Get a humidipak, play the guitar 3 hours tops, put it back in its case during winter months and you wont get cracks, dont be a fool and leave it out in dry weather.
Aloha Braddah Dave….Eh, you are “right down da road” from Gibson…. Bozeman, Montana, can they address da issues for you? Sounds good Brah! I no think you got one fancy kine sound setup but da way you recorded it sounds great Brah! Mahalo nui for sharing!
@@bramahbull2 thank you! It’s called an Audigo Mic. They’re pretty sweet. Good sound quality and you can mix it and add effects if you want. I just leave everything as is for my review videos to give an accurate sound but you can really mess with it if you want. Add reverb and delay or EQ it etc.
Why would they? its owners mistakes leaving them out in dry weather and not using humidipaks. All Solid wood gits require more care and most folks are just idiots who leave them out all night in winter. Thats not on Gibson, thats operator error.
Both are obviously amazing!! Hate to be cliché lol but yeah, I'd be beyond happy with either.. I've got a Gibson Advanced Jumbo that I'm so thankful to have.. I think it's Gibsons best acoustic they offer.. Well, I've never owned or even played a J200, so I guess I can't really say that. Lol.. As much as I love my AJ and don't ever see myself parting with it, I still prefer Mahogany back and sides over Rosewood.. Anyway, lol. Do you offer a Layaway plan? Haha!!! Awesome Hummingbird!! 🤘

Cracks in a 2024 guitar? 😮 I’m under the impression that it takes years for that to happen. I’m in the market for a Hummingbird, saw a few at Carter. I was about a few thousand $ short. If I could play like you, I would have found the loot.
@@ZeitlanKozan it was damaged before initially being sold so I got it at a discount. My guess is the damage came from a strike not humidity related but I’m not sure the reason.
That sounded beautiful, great playing!
@@neverenoughguitars8276 thank you!
Sounds so beautiful wow. Maple just give acoustics such a unique sound. This beast will sound so amazing after a few years
Beautiful Hummingbird! I have a Gibson Songwriter sunburst .
I love the Gibson sound as I love those old Stones records. I have a 2018 J35 and love that bouncy feeling they have

Really sweet sounding guitar! Your playing sure does it justice! Just out of curiosity, what mic are you playing through?

@@brotherdavemusic406 Awesome! I’m going to give one a try!
Surprised it’s not covered by Gibson Warranty. Beautiful sounding guitar.
@@rexomatic8667 I bought it at a discount as a “damaged” guitar

If your not the original purchaser.. warranty doesn't cover anything.. same as with a Martin warranty..
@TheBarnabascolins Those types of cracks ain't from humidity problems. That's from being careless and mishandling the guitar..

The price you mentioned is not giving the buyer a very good deal for the condition that guitar is in. Besides; used is still used
What would be a good deal?
Pick is to thick.. really can't get the true tone of the guitar because of the loud clicking of the pick..
@@liberalsrmentallyflawed3611 good feedback I always use a thick pick I’ll record some videos with a thinner pick too
All I here is pick...
