I admire the craftsmanship, but that piston is junk! Pistons are cam ground, meaning that they are not perfectly round. They are bigger at the dimension 90 degrees to the pin. Cutting it on a lathe eliminates this. Good try, but that engine needs new pistons!
this piston was already came fucked up... and all the guy do is fucked it up more... and after finishing he gives us the OK thumb meaning that everything was fucked up 100%
Please tell me this was just a practice piece? The welding is abysmal and didn't fuse with the piston. The skimming of the piston reduced its size and therefore suitability for putting back to the same bore size. The ring grooves were widened which means piston rings will knock the top and bottom face which will widen the gap and cause failure.

Sir thanks for your feedback we had to use the piston for some other purpose to run in a single cylinder
