I checked the priority of the wish relic, it is like:
1.Hands of recruited 6 star operators
2.Books of recruited 5 star and 6 star operators
3.When ingots > 150, offer Golden Chalice
4.When ingots > 80, offer Ingot Toys (idk the EN translate, but it's small golden chalice)
5.When LP is only 1, offer King's relics
6.When LP is 1/1 , offer Demon's relics
7.Random relics

by 6. When LP is 1/1 I assume you mean "if you are not missing any LP"?

@@DrSilvergun nope, there's a relic can set your max LP to 1, that's only way to reset your max LP to 1.
and the trigger of 6 is your LP is max and you are holding that relic.
which means your LP/max LP is 1/1.
