Decorreu nos dias 22 e 23 de julho de 2023, o SIPE XVI Congress - New Public Tasks in Times of Tension, organizado pela Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa em parceria com o SIPE, uma associação de académicos na área Direito Público Europeu, fundada em Frankfurt/M, em abril de 2003. O objetivo desta associação, enquanto fórum de discussão académico, é discutir e esclarecer questões de Direito Público na Europa, incluindo o seu impacto no sistema jurídico enquanto um todo.

The SIPE XVI Congress - New Public Tasks in Times of Tension took place on the 22nd and 23rd of July 2023, organized by the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon in partnership with SIPE, an association of scholars in the field of ​​European Public Law, founded in Frankfurt/M, in April 2003. The aim of this association, as an academic forum, is to discuss and clarify questions of Public Law in Europe, including its impact on the legal system as a whole.
