    Sir whatever you said where we can read by m3m in writing, rera form brochure ki hard copy? Also 10/90 is sub vension scheme hogi, pls confirm

      Dear sir I never said on video that you can just pay 10% I explained that 80% loan part from Bank side and yes this is subvention and if they are giving in writing why they take intrest of expression than, there will be direct allotment.This video clearly shows rera is not in hand it means buy at risk but for now temporary rera is in hands

    Sir is project ke ek important aspect ke baare main koi baat nahi kar raha. Project is good but there is one big practical problem. Within Society road is only 9 meter is too narrow. Even if each flat has only 1 car, there will be traffic jam within the society only because the rows are very very long. High-rise don't have tis problem because roads are not long. But here road are lengthy and very narrow. It looks like they r assuming that every flat will not have a car. It is very congested and densely packed. People are only looking at the pool club house and Interior of sample flat but there is hardly any space within society

      People should see the mock-up model of the society and they will know how conjusted it is. Dilli ki north west delhi ki galiyon se nikal kar phir galiyon main hi phas jayenge.

      When ever we take booking we never lie to clients that this is purely carpet area and secondly we mentioned always that this area included basement area.

    M3M has not provided basic facilities of permanent electricity , drinking water , sewerage disposal and main Road connectivity in sector 66/ 68 of gurgaon where flats are handed over and thus how can everything being said about advantages can be believed. Better be careful and dont rely on what will be done but consider past record of Company before making decision to invest .
    Better to buy a little smaller ready to move in property in area which is already developed and has all facilities as that will be useful for living and if money spent from investment point of view money will grow better than in a project so far away and which is at initial stage and surrounding area is also without any development at present .

      You are right sir atlast your money is hard earned but count one builder in gurgaon who deliver what they promise. Every builder had two and three projects in which they didn't fulfill what they promise.Our authorities are equally responsable for that, how can they issue OC to builders.
