Her being pregnant with no ring does not have anything to do with how she lives her life. People choose not to be married all the time. Her not having a car is an issue but not having a ring doesnt affect her parenting in any way.

In short, the Plaintiff is hoping that "I'm a single mother" is a good enough excuse to not take responsibility, not make payments on anything and expect things to be given to her freely.

I was thinking the same thing. Then, I just watched Part 2. She had a lot of nerve suing her stepfather when she was NOT paying for the car.
She has a history of cars being repossessed, it doesn't take an expert or genius to see there's a pattern here. My aunt had her car repossessed once because she didn't make payments. She claimed she didn't get any notices or letters.
