Did doing the greasing improve the motor?
It’s a bit quieter, more just preventative maintenance.

Sounds like your clutch is out. If you put to much grease on it will stick.
Can i swop out my BBS02 for the BBSHD as an upgrade with out having to change any other parts ?
As long as your battery can handle the extra demand, yes
whats the top speed on this bike?
30-35mph depending on rider position
