Dennis has an awesome positive attitude. I lost my best friend and father almost 10 years ago due to severe depression. After dealing with my dad being so depressed and negative for so many years everytime I hear Dennis say, "it's a great day to be alive", it really strikes home about how great everyday really is. Keep it up Dennis, the world needs more positivity...
Such a pleasant personality, warm welcoming. Totally a class guy! And,his daughter is following in his footsteps. I’m sure he is very proud,as he well should be!
I would say Dennis is the richest man there. He has plenty of money too.His family and friends are priceless. I admire the way he treats everyone he meets with respect.
Dennis is the kind of guy who lives well but conservatively.. so yeah.. He probably has helicopter/G4 jet type money, but rolls low key in a chauffeur driven decked out Sprinter.
Dennis is such a class act. Talks to a guy over his beautiful Javelin and you can tell it meant the world to him as he barely has anyone look at it as it’s not considered to be a “muscle” car.
no. it's just that one of the prize wanted javelin's the 73 and 74. it's got a certain click that likes it kind of along the lines of the ones that like the 73 and 74 Malibu or even the Chevelle and the Laguna.
One of the leading car guys in the industry Jeep Fan, Goes to car shows all over the world, Buys Cars, Restores Cars, Builds Cars, Caretaker of the past, Nice all around guy, well that pretty much checks all the boxes of a blessed life.
Best part was Dennis thanking everyone for coming out and taking care of these classics. Both he and his daughter seem so genuine and approachable. Ordered my CBJ swag and hope to make it to Dallas and stop in and say hello.
Dennis to me proves money don't make the man. Dennis you are a gentleman in every respect in the way you treat people with the dignity everyone deserves. Thank you for being the person you are. Billy J...... Queensland, Australia.
It's so awesome how Dennis treats everyone. He is such a great guy. It is so cool how he treats everyone like an equal and to him, it doesn't matter how much $ a person has. He treats everyone with respect regardless of their status.
Dennis is such a people person. He talks to anyone no matter what they’re choice of car is. You can tell he’s made people’s day just by going and talking to them.

Hello Matthew, how are you doing. I hope you are safe and in good health. Looking for a new friend and i saw your pic here. I hope you don't mind thank you.
Hello Robert, how are you doing. I hope you are safe and in good health. Looking for a new friend and i saw your pic here. I hope you don't mind thank you.
Very nice to have two videos (of Dennis and Richard) on the same subject for comparison. Dennis seems to be much less self centered, with much more calm and confidence within him.
Dennis, qudos to you for teaching your crew to take care of others people's cars as if they're thier own.... check out Alex holding the key tag on the 190 trunk lid..... Well done that man!!
Dennis, This video is over the Top! Road Trip to Mississippi! All your Car friends and family. Even Alex picking his favorite ride. What a Special Day. Richard back in rare form. Love every second of this video. Shawn.
Dennis knows how to treat people and how he does what he does is way beyond me , Bless him he loves all his workers and showes it .to me it is a wonder when i see him buying cars that just look like real junk but he knows what he is doing ,, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND I WILL KEEP WATCHING .
Thanks Dennis. Your knowledge, passion and respect for cars and their owners is fantastic. Keep up the great videos and please continue to share your enjoyment of the auto world.
This whole channel is a class act. Dennis is very humble. Love his whole family. Hope to meet him one day if ever down in Texas. Long way from Ont Canada
There would be no Monkey without Dennis! Lol. Always such a treat to watch how down to earth Dennis and Kelsey really are. Hope to cross paths with you guys in the car world one day! Love the show and watch all your content and I'm not even a Jeeper!
I am 63-years-old and at one time in 1976 I owned a 1970 C-10 Chevy pickup with step sides and a wooden bed. That truck meant more to me then any other vehicle I have ever owned. I actually still have dreams about it. It was painted a deep metal fleck brown. I hope before I die I get to see and ride in a restored truck like mine. If any still exist.
So that is what it's like to go to a car show with an Auto Historian .....Can we have a part 2 please I'd like to see the 10 cars that were picked out by the Judges.......
I watched Richards post 1st...looks like you all had a lot of fun. Dennis consistently comes across as such a class act and gentlemen and of course Chelsea is just awesome! Honestly Coffee Walk is my favourite TH-cam channel...can’t get enough. In watching the footage posted on the podium I can’t help but get the impression that Chelsea does not “appreciate” Richards persona...her body language spoke volumes. As usual great post Dennis!
Denis is the ultimate southern gentleman. I really enjoy watching the coffee walk, always interesting and Denise treats everyone with respect. He is the dare I say it "Holy Grail " car guy. Excellent sharing with you Mr Collins. Keep up the great work.
I restored a 59 Benz 190 SL BACK In 87/88 and did it in black body with red leather and it was one beautiful car when it was done. Was not to the quality of JD’s but still an absolutely beautiful car and I’m happy to be one of the few guys in the country to have the chance to say that I had the opportunity to do a 190 and it will always have fond memories of it!! It’s crazy to see what they are selling for now also. They were still expensive back then but nothing compared to today!! Take care Dan
I'd love to meet you one day Dennis. You seem like a hell of a man.. you know so much about vehicles it's astounding. Iv been in part of the same business for many years an still don't know as much as you even though I fix them not just love them
What is it with these lovely Texas ladies. Kelsey, you're a star. Not many ladies like yourself that are into cars where I live in the Mid-North Coast New South Wales Australia. Hope to see more of you and Dennis on your Coffee Walks.
Another great video. Dennis is a super knowledgeable car guy and a I love how well he interacts with the public. We need to get kids and others into the love of cars. I sold a 1970 Pontiac GTO and wish I never did. I hope to own another in a few years.
You notice that Dennis doesn’t appear to have been changed by fame or money. He always says “thank you”. He always gives credit to his people for good work done. Maybe this is why he’s such a success. Instead of tearing folks down he’s building them. Management lesson in there. Thank you sir.
