cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
shallots - 4-5

തൈര് വേണ്ടെങ്കിൽ ചേർക്കേണ്ട.സോഡാ ചേർത്തു ഉണ്ടാക്കാം. പിന്നെ ചെറിയ പുളി(നമ്മൾ സാദാരണ ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്ന അപ്പത്തിന്റെ പുളി) 6-7 hrs ferment ചെയ്യാൻ വെക്കാം.(coconut water cherkkam).കുറച്ചു yeastum ചേർക്കാം.👍

ഇന്ന് ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്ന അപ്പം മാവിന്റ കുറച്ചു എടുത്ത് വെക്കും. നാളെ എന്നിട്ട് ആപത്തിന് കുഴച്ചു വെക്കുമ്പോൾ ഇതുകൂട്ട് ഒരു 2 സ്പൂൺ പുളിമാവ് ചേർക്കും.
