The cod/salt fish, pollock, all of it has gotten ridiculously expensive. That looks good. Thx for sharing.

Chris hello, this is different, but doable, I’ll try it one day, my mom used to make a ‘picked up’ codfish with sliced tomatoes , carrots, etC for SUNDAY breakfast, it was just warm, but SHE always loved ‘susumber’ ( gully beans) , it’s a bitter green thing but cooked somehow, then sautéed in coconut oil, green bananas, and a great AVOCADO , I can still tast & smell it from those days so many years ago., stay well,🇬🇧🇨🇦🇨🇦🇹🇹🇹🇹🇯🇲🇯🇲🇺🇸🇺🇸
sounds delicious
Hello chef. Is there a difference between code fish and salted cod?
cod fish is fhesh (or frozen and non salted) Salted Cod is salted and dried to preserve.
Smells like a bowl of cat poop
