I had applied for few openings for graduation level on company's website but every time I get mail, that we r not moving forward with your application. There are many videos on youtube they talk about ATS resume scanning software which decline the resume, so is it better to find reference to get call for interview. Guide me what to do
Hi Abhinav , ATS is a standard sofware and resume can be optimised in a manner the software accepts. Further, there are some customisations also done by different organisations in the software. We are researching and will soon be coming up with a video that will help you get through their ATS as well.
