15 Superpowers The Avengers Never Used in the MCU

- Earth’s Mightiest Heroes have showcased an impressive array of abilities so far in the MCU, but can we really say everyone is being used to their full potential? I’m going to say no! Yes, in the MCU we’ve seen plenty of superpowers that leave us in awe, like Cap’s super strength, Hulk’s ability to smash and Iron Man’s genius-level intellect, but what about all of the abilities that we didn’t see? Having decades worth of comic history means that our favorite heroes have gained and lost a plethora of other abilities that you might not know about and that’s what we’re going to talk about today!
Did you know that Tony Stark once developed technopath abilities and could actually speak to machines? If the hero was still alive, it definitely feels like that would be the next upgrade after the nanotech armor wouldn’t it? I guess we’ll never know! Did you know that Spidey at one point could talk to spiders? I now want to see the puppy-dog Tom Holland using the ability and freak out at the same time. I mean, spiders are scary right? Did you know that Doctor Strange is also an expert Martial Artist? Yeah it’s always good to know how to fight in the MCU but when you’re the sorcerer supreme, is it really necessary?

maybe mcu drax has the same origins as comics but he has had his mind wiped/altered to "give him his drive" and have a story to share with others. no explanation for the missing powers though.

These powers would be awesome to see! I hope we see Thor translating more of Groot's speech in Thor love and thunder. Also Loki lifting Mjolnir would be the coolest character arc!
You’ve got cap’s powers kinda of right but it’s more on that his brain was also enhanced allowing him to make quick calculations, even nomad (someone else) is able to throw the shield accurately in the comics, meaning sam and the US agent would have the same knowledge as cap or studied to know where the shield ricochets, a possible explanation to why hulk in the comics can see ghost is that he is in a sense supernatural and not scientific, since apparently the hulk is a demon, in that comic the personalities of the heroes and villains swapped making loki worthy for a short while. In the MCU drax was always like that but in the comics drax was a human and the possible reason as to why he has telepathy is cause his daughter is moon dragon and she unlocked her psychic potential, and since drax is technically moon dragon’s father who’s to say he can’t do the same thing

It depends…if it is pure Judo, they do learn Atemiwaza, or strikes and pressure point attacks. Not as extensive as Muay Thai or Karate…but it is used and taught.

Remember the avengers base was destroyed displacing a lot of things, either tony couldn’t grab edith, or he didn’t have time to get edith
Technopath Tony would've been cool to see in MCU but it would've killed his human side imo !!!
Technopath was the extremis one, plus in the comics he was never a guy who was more machine than human he even said that he wasn’t a human playing god he was a god playing human

I think that the reason everyone speaks English from a lore standpoint is because at first there was only one language, english, and then humans screwed it up

If you want to read the Gospel, then I will put something like that in my replies, but if you read that then you should still read the complete Gospel. If you read it then like the comment so that more people can see it, and more people have at least one opportunity, because accepting Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior is the most important decision that you will ever make.
Jesus was born. He did at least one thing we couldn’t do (without Him) as a child. He grew up, got disciples, then did some more stuff we couldn’t do (without Him). He eventually got betrayed by one of His disciples, and He knew that He was gonna be betrayed, and then He got captured, and died for our sins on the cross. He came from Heaven to earth knowing He was gonna die. He did it knowing it was for our sins though, doing it because He loves us. Then He died on the cross for our sins, not so we could keep sinning, but so we could stop and be forgiven. He rose from that grave on the third day, defeating death and someday He’s gonna come back and defeat the devil. Romans 9:10 “If you declare with your mouth ’Jesus is Lord’ and believe with your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.” Ephesians 2:8 “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God.” 1 Timothy 2:5-7 “For there is one mediator between God and men, the man Jesus Christ; who gave Himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time. Whereunto I am ordained a preacher, and an apostle, (I speak the truth in Christ, and lie not;) a teacher of the Gentiles in faith and verity.” 2 Corinthians 4:18 “So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but what is unseen since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.”
