Hi Steve and Alex, I watch all your videos as I subscribe to yours and quite a few other builders, I just wanted to say to you both that your a credit to our trade as I myself am a brickie and have been since 1980. My son worked with me for a number of years and we too had a great working/father/social relationship. My son died April 2021 as he developed Ulcerative Colitis and I miss him more than anything. I have been back at work for some time now and just taking jobs that I can manage on my own but making a living as I go… I just wanted to say to you both that you should enjoy every moment working together as your bond between you grows from strength to strength and making memories as you go. Keep doing what your doing and keep making the videos, oh and by the way Alex, get your hair cut lol. Cheers Martin
What a lovely interview. Your strong connection is so obvious. I haven’t worked with family, but a strong co-worker is invaluable. You’re the best lads!
How did I miss this video chaps?, so great to see you, it so reminds me of my time with my Dad, treat every day as you are creating memories, its what keeps you going when the chips are down, now at 70 years all have I have are the memories to look back on. Long may you share times together. Take care and God bless you both for bringing pleasure to those outside of your family with the videos. All the best to you both, regards John
Hi Martin 🤗 yes they deserve it . Steve works so hard on the videos, he puts so much time and effect into them. Thank you for all your support over the years . 💕
I worked and played with my dad most of my life! Just did whatever he was doing. His profession was civil engineer but his job was being a dad! He passed of Parkinson's in 05 but I still talk to him and ask what he would do? Best thing I ever did was to learn to think and prioritize life like he did! Don't ever miss out on time with loved ones, life can be short.
Great video, I wish more families worked together as a team as you two do. You two are an inspiration to everyone all over the world watching your videos keeps my mind away from all the terrible things going on in the world today.
After I finished my time serving my bricklaying apprenticeship with a firm, because my father didn't want me to go into construction. I went to work with my dad to gain some experience. 27 years later we were still together.Until he retired. I spend more time with him than anyone else. And he is still my best mucker.
I know exactly where you are coming from, my oldest son was a builder and his oldest son used to work with him, but unfortunately we lost Simon (my son) 1st April 2020, he died in my arms, the darkest day of my wife and I lives.
i worked with my dad he fucked me over with my pay money for years glad i got out and found a different job that pays a little bit more for only 4 days of work and without the grief of him looking to go up to 5 days to get more money
Genuinely, one of the *BEST* TH-cam Vids ever. This chimes with me *so much*. I work with my Bro, I get on his tits every now & then, & he gets on mine occasionally also. But... Fam. If you know, then you know.
Just to say how much I enjoyed the interview with you guys, you certainly make a good team and you work well together you like everyone else make a few mistakes and things don’t always go right first time but you’ve learnt a lot over the last 7 years and you do excellent work on your customers property’s. I always enjoy watching your videos, keep up the good work guys. 🫖👍👍👍

How refreshing to see ‘behind the go pro’. There’s a unique commitment towards each other, I know father and son, but seems to be more. Lovely.
Alex is a credit and a asset, he's come on so much from the early days, a great partnership with equal devotion to doing a proper job 👏 👍
