Hey y'all. We were blown away by how much love we got from this video. So our marketing coordinator forced Elliot to do a follow up video. Here is the link to our "day in the life of a ceo part 2" th-cam.com/video/nL1viPo4kf8/w-d-xo.html
Just a normal guy who saw an opportunity and had the guts to jump head first. We've been operating for over 5 years now. Lots of struggles and failures at first. But we managed to build a solid team, with a working product and capture a segment of the industry with success. Today we have raised 2 rounds of equity financing, have over 2000 clients and manage a team of 20 incredible people. Cheers!
@@elliotdaigneault1528 I have some questions. I am a business major, I want to startup a business, a lifestyle app. * I tend to be efficient/frugal. How to protect company secrets? Why not work fully online? How to deal with envy from employees as you have more money and power while they are the specialists? Why not use independent specialists on a project basis rather than full-time employees? I feel our world has changed, running a company in a traditional manner doesn’t make sense to me. Working from home and with on-demand specialists is way more efficient. Thanks, - Khaled Alharbi 24 Jeddah
@@UnknownUser.ar1 Hey, Thats awesome, I hope you go full speed ahead with your idea. How to protect company secret? Build the biggest client base possible as fast as you can. Thats the only protection worth anything. You can totally work fully online. There are pro's and con's to both but both have work and will depend on you. Envy from employees? more money and power they them? lol wont happen with a startup. I had employees making 3x my salary at first. they come first. not you. You can totally use specialist on a case by case basis. again, pros and cons to both. (for example we use alot of SRED tax credits that offsets out cost. We cant do that with professionals. The world is changing always. Nothing makes sense for that long ;)
I love how the CEO is so personable and down-to-earth. This vlog-style youtube video was a treat!
