I was skeptical buying a refurbished drone from Best Buy as well but I could not resist the deal with the Mavic 3 pro fly more kit which sold $100 cheaper than DJI's refurbished drone and I was able to get Care Refresh as the drone I got from best buy only had about 2 flights on it with only 1 battery with 1 cycle on it where as the other batters had zero cycles. I do also have the Air 2s and Mini 3 pro. I fly in a fairly windy area and that is why I have 3 drones.
I brought a brand new DJI Mini 4 pro & 3 extra batteries, 4 batteries in total and that little lot cost me just on $2000 New Zealand. That's a chunk of change for a Toy but it's 1 hell of a toy and as long as you don't do anything stupid with it it'll be fine. The drone itself is a beast and it's got some sensors on it to help you not crash it into anything. It is still crashable so you do have to do you're bit but flying this drone is very intuitive and I think easy 🏴☠️🚁
I agree it is a lot of money and in one single mishap it can cost you. I have mixed feelings about obstacle avoidance and have a video coming out next week. I put the mini threw some tests. Check it out if you get a chance. Thanks for the comment.

Thank you for commenting and sharing that. Sometimes used isn't so bad.
DJI has a refurbished page. Better to buy from there, but if it worked for you it’s a win.
