Oh dear god this video is huge! The problem is, I can't make it any smaller! This video took over TEN HOURS to upload!
This video is the first part of my 365 day longplay of Animal Crossing: Wild World. I have multiple goals planned for this series, including, but not limited to:
Paying off all the home loans
Donating Bells to Boondox get the rainbow feather
Completing the museum (which will mean trying to get the living fossil!)
Getting a good HRA score
Trying to get a perfect town (probably won't happen, as getting a perfect town is actually quite convoluted in Wild World. It's much easier in New Leaf)
Hopefully, by the end of the year, I will have as many of these goals completed as I can.
To cut down on video length, times where I am grinding for Bells or doing something otherwise boring I have sped up. This video would have been 1 hour and 57 minutes long if I hadn't done this!
Thankfully, I expect most of the rest of the videos in this series will be much shorter. I would expect them to be a hour, at most.

This was my first animal crossing game and I got in 2008 when I was in 4th grade. I have fond memories of getting cozy in bed playing this while I had Hoodwinked playing on my dvd player.
What a feeling to get flashbacks from games … especially this one. I might got it around Christmas when I was 10 old or so (10 years ago)… the music alone brings up so many memories … not only about the game, in general how life was to these beautiful and careless times as a child … wish I could go back!
Had this game during college back in the day with my pink ds. Handy during the holidays or lonely nights.
I 100% agree that this game comes in handy if you are bored, or want to play during Lonely nights, OR want to play during the holidays
I just got New Horizons a few days ago, and the music brought me back to my younger years playing this game till 3am on school nights just listening to the calm music. Brings me wells of emotions during these times
i’ve never played wild world, my first game from the animal crossing series was either new leaf or city folk. one of those. this brings back so many memories from those two games. animal crossing new horizons is so similar yet so different from the older games, and while i sincerely miss the charm, music and elements of the older games, i can’t deny how much i love the new graphics and new elements of the game.
I used to play this on the way to primary school lol
I did that too but with different games since back then I didn’t get into animal crossing till this year so I’d play games like Super Mario Bros or Mario Kart DS
even the framerate makes me nostalgic
I played this 14 years ago when I was 10! The nostalgia!!
I remember the feeling of anxiety hoping my character wasn’t too ugly coming out of the taco for the first time lol

Me too... the Wild World/City Folk OST was always my favorite in the series. Haven't played New Horizons yet though.
@@CRP-mu8sd Same! The ACNH OST is good, but nothing can compare to Wild World's.. and atleast you can actually hear the music in WW, in NH the music is so drowned out by all the other sound effects, but maybe that's just me🤷🏻♀️

The nostalgia is real
New Horizons is first ever Animal Crossing game, and it made me curious about playing previous AC titles. Today, I found my old light blue Nintendo DSi that I first got when I was in either 2nd, 3rd, or 4th grade (Something like that lol) and I cleaned it with some lysol wipes. I actually want to look into finding and buying a copy of wild world soon, I remember watching both my sisters play it on their old DS' when they were in middls school and I was in either kindergarten or 1st grade. So far I've seen on amazon that Wild World costs only $29.99 and that's nice. :)

I really recommend Wild World! NH is a lot of fun but the characters got a bit bland, WW is really charming with it quirks and characters and my all time favorite Animal Crossing!

If you are not going to make any more videos, at least change the title so it does not say "365 day longplay". Thanks anyway, enjoyed the gameplay. I considered buying Wild World but can see that it does not give me anything, I am playing New Leaf which is a lot better of the earlier games.
