- parts of it belong to some ASEAN countries including Philippines 🇵🇭,
- the rest of it is the international water,
- no part of it belongs to China🇨🇳 or Taiwan🇹🇼.

our soldiers who are deployed out in the sea should be provided with durable life vests , with Philippine flag colors if possible, so that our soldiers could be easily identified while they are being attacked by the vicious Chinese aggressors. ... until when should the deployed Filipino soldiers exercise restraint if they keep experiencing physical attacks from these Chinese aggressors? ... what is allowed by international laws?
