Great video, Bob. Can’t wait for tonight’s stream. I agree…you have to find what makes you happy. People see the “subs” or “followers” and think to themselves “Wow! They got so many people liking their content, they’ve got it all figured out.” when in reality, it’s just a “performance”. Just putting on a show for everyone. Going through the motions, if you will. Social media can also be an addiction. You see people nowadays with their faces GLUED to their phones. Lol. I’m glad you took a step back from it. It’s not worth the damage you can/could do to not only your physical health, but your mental health as well. We love you, Bob, and everything you do.

I’m personally very big into setting goals for yourself. And I have a lot to say on that. I’m glad you asked.
Yeah, I think it’s important to remember that this is just a hobby. It’s not a career, like you said. People get too crazy trying to make money off of this platform. I’ve always just enjoyed talking about movies and interacting with people, but I would never expect TH-cam to pay me for that! As a matter of fact, we should all be grateful to have this platform to engage with each other and talk about film, and also make friends that share common interests. It’s pretty awesome! This is all great, Bob. I think FOMO is the lifeblood of the collecting community, especially for brand new channels. I know it was for me when I started out making videos. I can remember distinctly getting out early on a Tuesday morning and picking up the Best Buy exclusive sigil versions of Game of Thrones seasons 1 (Stark or Lannister were the only choices but I had to get both, right?) then continuing every year with the different sigils, up until season 4 or 5, whenever I stopped caring so much. It's just a phase everyone goes through and when you hit that collecting wall, it's a real wake up call. And you should definitely make content that speaks to you, and if it speaks to others, then it's a win-win moment. Livestreams and weekly content is all good stuff if it fills your soul. Keep leaving your mark on the community and we'll all be here to watch along ;)

Sounds Good Bob you have to do what's best for you and balance out your life. It's good to know you're close with your parents I still see my parents every day and I'm 39 my background is Asian and Asian parents stay with Their kids and support them until they pass away but I don't look at it as a bad thing I see it as spending time with people you love because life is too short and you never know when something just ends a lot of people in my area have died it's really sad. I love movies and your recommendations Bob keep up the awesome work 👍🆒
