Moong Ladoos are a delicious and healthy alternatives of your regularly ladoos. These ladoos are made without sugar or ghee. There are popularly made in goa.
This Recipe was passed down from my mother and is one of my families favorite recipe
So here's the recipe from my kitchen to yours.
Note : tsp is teaspoon
tbs is tablespoon
Ingredients:
2 Cups (500 gm) Whole Green Moong / Green Gran Beans
1 Cup (250 gm) Jaggery
1/4 Cup Peanuts
1 Tsp Cardamom Powder
1/2 Cup Water
Preparation Time : 30 mins
