The hard pan doesn’t happen due to it being old sometimes it’s just because oils on brushes or from your face etc can cause hard pan or even slightly wet brushes or sponges touching it or fingers! It’s not bad at all. Very common in the Dior formula. You can scrape the hard pan off with an eye brow spoolie and it’ll work like a charm :) I promise it’s not gross! I would scrape it off or use scotch tape on it and it’ll be just fine!!! 🥰❤️💕 Love ya Sam!

Once a nurse, always a nurse, I check-out people's veins in the queue when I'm bored, guessing how big a bore needle or cannula I could get into which vein 😂😂😂😂😂😂

I love your declutters! I just did a makeup declutter on my small collection and realized that I actually favor my face palettes since I travel so much. I only have 1 single blush left and all my other blushes/bronzers/highlighters are hourglass palettes or Chanel les beige trios. I also use the palettes on my eyes. Funny how our tastes change over the years when our lifestyles change. And I only have 5 eyeshadow palettes when a few years ago I used to have 30

I was just going to comment the same thing! The Pink was one of the original shades, and when Dior brought out the new shades, they had reformulated all of their powder products to be "clean". So, Sam, I think you have the original (better) formula of the Pink. Sorry to see that the Rosewood has not held up and has hardpanned so quickly. 💔 Good call on being cautious about a lot of your cream products, though. They go off WAY faster than powders, and expiration dates should really be adhered to for creams, especially from "clean" brands.
@@katia_g213 I actively avoid “clean” beauty because I don’t want to support products that go bad in six months or less because they decided to demonize parbins without scientific evidence and use inferior preservatives. It’s a real shame that Dior has chosen that route. I own a lot of make up, and Dior had the largest share of any single brand.
I love declutters but I will say my kryptonite is eyedhadow....I see a palette and think about it forever and then wait for it to go on sale. Going to make 2025 my year of wearing eyeshadow every day. I have 3 palettes out to wear and use and then rotate to 3 other palettes

How do you not own the dior cherry blush?? It's such a beautiful red blush. My cherry got hard pan like your rosewood which I have too and it's still ok I just scrape of the top and they are useable again...get it back from your pass pile. Hah.

I'm not sure about that specific one, but yes Dior and other brands have had to reformulate quite a bit. The European equivalent to the FDA keeps changing the rules, so cosmetics companies are doing their best to keep up.

I think the problem with having 3x more blushes is that you normally would have ONE bronzer shade and maybe ONE contour shade according to your skin tone - but, you can wear so maaaaany more blush shades. my explanation for this 😅 Edit: and you‘re even saying sth alike, just after typing this 😇

You can remove hardpan with tape. Try that on the Dior before decluttering.

Keep it! I’ve discontinued buying Dior blushes because the talc is gone (annoying!) same with their eyeshadow
