13.2.2 has problems on a sunny day, in a busy big city. Unbelievably, FSD still cannot read important road signs. Such as do not enter, or Road Closed .

fog always appears less dense on camera
You can get dense fog in the US the kind where the nose of the car is hard to spot, but I agree this is not dense.
Do you have HW3 or 4?
From my understanding 13.* is onlyavailable on HW4 at this time.
