I just had to leave this comment because I catch myself humming this song in the middle of the day randomly ever since I found it. The song itches all the right parts of my brain. I am obsessed!! ❤️
I have very little thoughts in terms of theories… but I at least that Camille and Maven were friends or something as kids, but when Camille took the throne the power and attention got to her head. Since Maven was of lower class, so Camille saw him as such. Genuinely no clue where Horas comes in and what their purpose in this song is. My best guess is Maven and Camille both agreed to study Horas?? Which is what their “truce” was? But then Camille wasn’t actually planning to uphold this truce, and trapped Maven. Horas then like… freed him and then Maven killed Camille and took her spot on the throne. I genuinely have no clue though. Anyway, cool song!!! I absolutely loved it. The “smile” being in the one font is a really nice callback to your past song.
