    Thanks for sharing this video. That's a good tutorial on canning fish. I also think that the vinegar that softens the bones is also making it so there is extra calcium, which is extra healthy too. Cheers! ✌️🇨🇦

    put a towel under the cutting board so it'll not move on you

    It's not necessary to remove the ribs from whitefish fillets that are going to be canned. They will melt during the canning process. You won't even know they are there.
