I have a combined 4 years of experience as a Baseball & Basketball Play by Play announcer, which is where I learned my skills for commentary/breakdowns.

Refs rigging games. Not an Illini fan neither. Don’t care who wins this game. All sports games, refs make bad calls for the bookies and people attached.

I'm an Iowa fan, so it's better if Illinois loses for us, but they got robbed by the refs for this game. Should have been a touchdown easily. Refs should be fired.
And the ref was smiling when he ruled it incomplete.
@@zachcain4140 Yup Illini were one bad call away from being undefeated (6-1 now) I think the refs help the teams the league thinks have the potential to be ranked to gain more positive attention for the Big Ten. This was earlier in the season, so they probably thought Indiana had more potential back then but Illinois is proving them wrong now.
All I did was watch the highlights an I can tell this was a good one 💯 way to open up the season
Both teams played amazing defense
Yeah that was a touchdown catch man. The guy had control of the ball all the way through with the defender punching it out when he got up.
Completely a catch. I don't think that's ever called not a catch ever again in any game, college or pro, but for some reason they must have felt they didn't have evidence to overturn.
I watched it live and it was a great game! Both clubs pretty evenly matched, I thought Illinois looked like the better team, even though they lost. JMO ... Indiana is like coach Tom Allen , Tough & No quit in them... Great defensive battle! GO HOOSIERS!!!!!
Running backs on both teams took big hits, DB’s hitting like the early 2000’s
As a Mizzou fan I'm glad to see Baselak get to Indiana and not miss a beat. The kid is a good football player.

I think that late 4th and 1 when Illinois got stuffed, wrong play called and no blocking lost the game for Illinois! Fake hand off, option right, short pass as receivers crisscrossed in end zone!
Everyone saying Illinois lost because of 1 play is crazy. IU got screwed 2 plays in a row for pass interference in the red zone. So there you go there's IU's extra 4 points.
