Any RE bike gets full support. My bike was checked at all RE service centre free of cost, only consumable were charged. At every nook and corner you get a RE mechanic. I didnt get any battery problem due to blinker or fog lite, my GPS was constantly supported on RE battery
Also during your solo ride, in case of any breakdown, one get support from the bikers group also, they carry a mechanic with them. you wouldn't be struck up any where

Dear Nilesh, Once you have made the plan , it will be successful. You can certainly travel on intercepter with pilion, the only problem is its riding posture which is very aggressive and slightly tilted, if you are comfortable to ride for 7-8 hours a day, you will be a great success, The budget becomes quite flexible depending on your choice of hotel and food. 1000-1500 per hotel is quite reasonable and comfortable, on hills there are lot of home stay are available ranging from 800 to 1000 per night, they provide very economical food as well. Fooding will be 750 to 1500 per day depending on your choice. you can book hotel online from Yoyo at very competitive pricing. Please get good helmet for you and the pilion, you may choose MT, LS2 etc (Rs.6000/- onwards) I have seen many gears but I am fan of RE riding grears, they are very sturdy and competitive priced. Don't take riding pant they are very uncomfortable instead use normal jeans pant or take Bikeretti jeans, leather gloves, RE riding boot. To make the trip enjoyable must use blue tooth communicator , you must keep on speaking with your pilion most of the time.

Yes you can travel on any bike, pulsar is good. There is one stretch of around 100 Km before magnetic hill which is constantly gaining the altitude due to which lot of pressure comes on the engine. Even Bullet 350 start giving exhausted sound due to lack of oxygen and constant up raising, in such stretch you need to take two or three short break to relax the engine. But this stretch is traversed very successfully in single stretch if you use RE 500.
wide variety of hotel, home stay are available through out the journey , whose range starts from 500-800 per day and the food can also be managed from 500-1500 per day . so your expense can be calculated at the rate of 1000-2000 per day. plus your vehicles fuel expense. You may ask any further query

Yes Chetan, ideally you should carry your own riding gears, you will be sure about its quality. Alternatively you can here them also but they are for name sake only. Every rented bike gives helmet complementary.

you may go for Map my India, road pilot. Though all mobile phone has got google map and navigator but they do not get net on the go hence don't work, I personally used my MMI road pilot. It was around 9 year old and kept unused becuse of no use. But it proved to be quite robust and useful, simply before using it I purchased map update from MMI @ Rs.500/-
you please keep the original vehicleRC, driving license, pollution certificate, aadhar card, your medical fitness certificate ready along with spare copy of these documents. You have to wait for things to open due to COVID 19 pandemic
Sure, don't forget to take inner winter liner of the riding jacket and pant, zero degree gloves, your helmet must be of good quality, air tight and fitted with anti fog pin lock to avoid fogging inside the helmet
One advice - Never take royal enfield classic/bullet for trip. Its just for show off., otherwise it haves no power. Better go with Himalayan or dominar. Even splendor perform better than classic
