Ip68 is very decent and 8mp most of the time in daylight useable for social media actually tbh to me as long as the camera is good for social media it's a win and I don't use selfie this much and I am sure there are lots of people like me though a 13 mp wouldn't hurt but that said I am glad this has ip68

Xiaomi has now let go fo the 2MP Macro, now its time for them to let go of the 8MP UW camera. I do not care what 8MP sensor they are using, just use a cheap 32, 48 or 50MP sensor. Those come in larger sizes, so sensor size should not be an issue.
Bad value considering better dimensity 9300+ phones are around the same price point. Gizmochina seems to focus mostly on Xiaomi/Redmi though for some reason.
