I dont know i was really sad when the series ended i started to practice drawing to draw some custom manga maybe but this series is bothering mecso much, and i am a descent drawer if there is a picture where i can draw mei misaki from i can draw her so everybody who was watched the series will get who she is, well plus the unique eyepatch helps very much, series is bothering me pretty strong because it ended :(((((, i love this theme and the music in the series (sorry if there is mistakes in my text) :(

Don't know what whenever I watch this anime i feel like things are happening infront of my eyes, it's doesn't scared me anymore it's only give the that vibe which I want from this world I don't know what happen to my mind after seen this anime but i totally get lost in this anime even in "mie Misaki" 🖤

Esta canción es preciosa, y a la vez un poco dolorosa e inquietante, me encanta! Transmite muy bien los sentimientos de Misaki Mei, por lo que vivió con su hermana (cosas bellas y una desgracia); una canción hermosa que esconde dolor y tragedia, como ella ^^
I know Mei was intended to give off a "creepy" vibe when introduced (Is she a ghost???), but honestly, I never found her creepy! I thought she seemed deeply sad, and I wanted to find out WHY she was so sad...Thus, she was immediately an intriguing and sympathetic character to me!! And as I got to know her, I realized that I was spot-on. She was melancholy and fixated on death because of her tragedies, but a kind and strong person no less!! You'd have to be kind and strong to agree to be "invisible" for the sake of everyone else. I love Another, and I LOVE Mei and Kouichi!! Their relationship is so interesting and sweet!! Being non-existent together!!! 🥰
I've heard about so many animes , but this is the third one i've actually watched entirely , and the best one i've watched,it left me,love this kind of animes.Can anyone recommend me more if there are any like this? BTW:At 00:00 close your lights , be alone in the room , pause the video at the first photo and see how much you resist to look at her stare on fullscreen.
***** Well , my passion isn't big , i watch from time to time :P.I just like the drawing style so I'm learning to draw like this , and the best way to get some reference is to watch anime :D. P.S:I think I'm gonna watch elfen lied first as I've listened to the intro alot xD.

In this case as far as I know, Kouichi's last name, was a reference to a serial killer that went by the name. It was even referenced in the show when Kouichi was apparently being made fun of because his name was associated with death.
Durtt Falter The thing with Japan is that they have a different view of Death than us and have different ways of expressing reactions to it. They wear white instead of black, they place a flower on the desk of the deceased student and in Kouichi's case, they make fun of people who's name are associated with death, be it the name meaning death or being named after serial killers. But the strange thing about it is in the book, Kouichi was more annoyed than hurt feeling from the jokes at his expense.
