Gingrich belongs to the group that includes the likes of Cheney, Bush jr., Clinton, Obama, Hannity, Levin, Limbaugh and Beck, just to name some prominent chickenhawks. My Dad was in the Army but I don't think this somehow magically confers "military experience" to me. I honor his memory and part of that is not making false claims to bolster my own esteem.
Ron Paul is the very highest caliber human being. He would deliver babies as a doctor most of the week, then drive to D.C. for his congressional duties, for which he would not accept payment, and did as a true service for his country, then on Saturdays he travels around and recognizes and commends wounded veterans. Imagine a person who made it to congress and kept their integrity throughout their career. That's Ron Paul. What an example to admire.

The American Republic exists in name only, the voting system and by extension, the entire government is rigged and utterly corrupt. Paul was never going to be allowed to win no matter how many people voted for him. Just look at the 2020 election to realize this.
