My family, all adults now, sat down with our books and ballots together, loaded with cups of coffee, and went over EVERYTHING! We love discussing the issues and hearing everyone’s interpretation of the bills, candidates, etc. Then we all sign, seal, and put our ballots in the drop box together. It feels good when some issues are confusing to get everyone’s take on it.
Being able to vote is a duty and a privilege…we should take elections seriously and, yes, do the research and vote…and at times there are state and local bonds and issues to vote on during a general election that can affect a voter, more locally…so its all important…GO VOTE!!
It is always important to vote, but this year is especially critical! I voted last week and delivered it directly to my Town Hall. Here in Mass, it also took a lot of research to understand the ballot questions!! I’ve missed you guys too, and I wish I could have made it to Colorado this Fall. Can’t wait to explore your home state. My goal is get out there by next Fall! Kristy, I hope your Mom can feel better soon. Thank you for taking us along. ❤
Great message, ladies. Our brave men and women have given their lives for our right to vote, use it everybody. I think someday I would like to try that hike and the garden of the gods. Your video's always give a little preview of the hikes. Maybe when we visit our granddaughter in Denver we could do a side trip. Take care, be safe.
I’m not voting this year for the first time in decades. I cannot in good conscience support either candidate. I’m disgusted by both of them . The right to vote is also exercised by not voting. Obligatory voting is how some countries do it. That’s not freedom. I read the news. Regularly. From about 20+ sources. I’ve never been a democrat or republican. Both parties have gone nuts. I plan on leaving the US and not coming back.
@@Dora-bmrwarrior doesn’t matter. That’s the problem. You think your vote matters. It doesn’t. What matters is what you spend money on, what you do for a living, the extent to which you do or don’t volunteer to make a difference. The US is controlled by corporations and they own both the Dems and the Republicans. Corporate capitalism wins every year.
Hurrah! I voted early at our local polls. Felt like a super power. Also doing the 100 pushup daily challenge and upper body workout of loading my new sexy e-mtb onto the bike rack. :D Love how you two can hike between towns and have a latte. Cheers!!
Good morning ladies John From California hope all is good 👍 good to see you both hiking the natural and urban trails as I been for 2 and half years 40 miles per week the food and snacks and peole are much better than being on the JMT enjoy your videos keep it up thxs urban trail name geronimo
Beauful hike, i always loved Colorado. Thanks for taking me along. Leaving northern Quebec in 2 days, can't wait to be back in the smokie mountains, and will be in time to vote. 😂
Nice to see you guys! That's a pretty good hike from RR Canyon to Manitou. I'd like to do it but probably too long for me. Going to look for shorter distance trek so I can do a loop back to some parking lot somewhere. Hope Christy's Mom is doing well and enjoy your local-yocal outings!
We start at the paking lot on 31st across from Rudy's BarBQ. We walk through Red Rocks Open Space and catch the intemann Trail and take it to Ruxton Ave in Manitou.
Thanks for checking in. Missed you too!😊
Thanks for checking in and continuing to bring us along. Voted last week!

@@wanderwomenkristyannette5021 THANKS!
Yep, I voted. Will you gals be headed to Benson soon?
We plan to be in Benson mid December.
Are we voting for or against war?
Vote in person, not mail in .
We like the mail in.
Just dropped ours off at the ballot box!
Sometimes people can't get to the poles in person, travel, sickness, etc. The important thing is to vote!
The important thing is to vote..i personally am going to vote early, in person, but last election, i did mail in ballot
