that high school coach dude is a piece of work.
    1. Look at his expression change from smiling to deathly stare when the judge interrupts him tells him "the evidence provided if believed by me is proof"
    2. Normal ppl don't blow up at someone who takes your spot when another spot opens up like 1min later.
    3. Most innocent ppl when confronted would be at least like "I didn't do it" This guy goes "you have no proof"

One thing that wasn't mentioned in this case was that if there was parking lot camaras. He could have looked into that to see if anything was caught on tape!

"You took my spot!!" Absolutely berserk- This while sitting in a parking space already.
This guy should not work with kids at all.

In our, state lie decter test cannot be used as evidence in any court as they have been deemed inaccurate.

The question was "Did you scratch the car?" not "Did you key the car?". To me, those are 2 different things.

Exactly! He really didn't scratch the car. The question the lie detector administrator should have asked: "Did you key the car?". So, if he actually did it (probably), his answer to the lie detector was 100% correct because he didn't scratch the car!

Can't be the old lady, since she left the scene.
It's very likely that the coach keyed the car, as he was very upset, and his first statement is that the accuser has no evidence. An innocent person typically would deny the accusation as the first reaction, not ask for evidence. Also, a lie detector test is very unreliable, and isn't admissible in court -- I wonder why it was used by this judge. Too bad the victim didn't have the good fortune of a witness or surveillance cameras. Perhaps someone who knows the coach did the damage.

This is a tv show not a real court.

Plot twist, he keyed his own car..

Do I think he did it? Yes. But there’s a strong possibility he did not. Crowded grocery store parking lot, could have been a kid or runaway cart or a random a hole. But without witnesses or video you have no proof and have to rule in favor of the defendant

It just seems strange that someone else keyed his car right after that heated argument. I’m not even sure I believe it but guess I have to based on the test.

Someone could have pushed a shopping cart next to his car and scratched it
