The dauntless actually has a history of going against fighter planes and winning, iirc there was one time where a single dauntless took out 3 enemy zeroes.
You should try controlling your aircraft while using the gunner. You can still lean the aircraft left or right just enough to get the shots in with the machinegun. Ofc the aircraft will return to its oroginal direction but it helps

i have the AD 4 to but i cant find the right way to play with it . On this moment i am using it in air rb as a ground target destroyer and just leave the rest alone but is that the right way to use it ? btw you make very fun video's = )
Sure, and it's at a similar BR. But people expect the A-36 to go after them. No one expects an SBD to come and attack the entire enemy team! Plus the SBD has the same turn time as the A-36 which makes it even funnier

If you're in the same aircraft as me then I don't know, but the SBD is a bomber so it gets a bomber airspawn.
