Was just saying a few days ago how she has the best mushroom videos on TH-cam, and I've watched so many mushroom videos on TH-cam on how to grow from spores, lc, agar, and I absolutely love when the whole process is in a video but I still enjoy her videos more then them all! Lol

Thank you for watching! Be sure to give a little taste test when trying a new species of mushrooms. I like to do a test taste and eat the rest the next day. Most likely your body will be fine, but always better to be safe ❤️

Hi Mina; a couple days ago I was wondering if you had an update on your mushrooms, and here you are! Great to see you are having a lot of success. For the dried mushrooms on the jars, have a look at using hand warmers. Silica gel only absorbs moisture, but are poisonous. Hand warmers absorb moisture and oxygen, preventing anything from growing, and are less toxic. Hand warmers have the same ingredients as oxygen absorbers used by preppers but are half the price. Costco usually have a decent range. Also nice chickens. Quail are cute as buttons too. Have a great day, love you Mina 💕🏴💕🏴💕

I've been waiting for this video! I love these so much. I've only just started growing mushrooms at home myself - on my third flush of pink oyster mushrooms on my first substrate block. I would love to see more of these videos, even ones doing a repeat of mushroom types but with slightly new techniques or conditions 🍄😍

I love how quick and abundant your harvest can be compared to other crops. That Lions mane really does look like a very delicious seafood dish! Have ever considered growing your own fruits, or nuts, on trees? I've noticed it takes a good five to ten years to get a decent harvest on a tree with a need for second tree close by for proper pollination and flavor.

@@MissMinaOh My property has a few apple trees. Two of them are successful, and others that need closer by trees for better pollination. I guess that's why people grow them in more full tight orchards. I have been looking into Almond trees as another food source in this current time. But was definitely surprised at how long that crop takes to produce. Hazelnuts are a little bit quicker to produce so I may also try growing them as well. Our groundhogs are very giant, smart, and greedy here so that's why I've been seeking to grow higher off the ground fruit. Ha ha.

I ordered some kits after watching your videos last night. I had been eyeballing north spores growing kits, but after watching your vids, I went ahead and ordered a lion's mane and a pink oyster grow kit.
I would suggest an upside down clear tote tub as the humidity tent, have it propped up a few inches with a bowl of water beside the mushroom and I bet that would work

The Asian Urge to reuse Jars for storing new things. I’m sending this to my mother.
you can maximize the mushroom kits you got by putting them in a bigger container...just buy wood shavings then soak it in boiling water for 24 hrs then get a 5 gallon bucket and drill quarter inch holes around the bucket.. then just make layers of shavings and brake down mushroom spawns from the kit (you can also add a bit of compost or wormcasts just an option)..cover the bucket with garbage bag then just put it somewhere away from sunlight.. in about 1-3weeks it should start fruiting, you can then put them on indirect sunlight but keep the garbage bag cover on and keep spritzing 1-2x a day .. and also... just leave it alone... dont touch the thing aside from spritzing it once or 2x daily, because touching them might contaminate the whole cluster and just spoil it.. those kits are not cheap so might as well maximize their full fruiting potential right? 😁😁😁oh and you can also spritz them with diluted amount of foliar every 2 weeks to get even more mushrooms

also try stem butt tek! you literally wet some cardboard and put the mushroom stems in between like a sandwich, and you will grow mycelium! Add that to straw and you can start your grow all over again.
